I booked through Alliance Theatre for a show and that part was totally fine, nothing really to complain about there, but once I got to my seat it just wasn't very comfortable and after a little while it felt tight and kind of hard and I kept trying to shift around to get settled instead of just relaxing and watching the show. There also wasn't much leg room, which made it worse, and even though the view itself was okay the whole seating situation kind of took away from the night. I'd probably go again, but only if I can choose better seats next time

I was impressed with the production quality. The sound was clear, the lighting looked really nice, and the whole show felt put together without being too much. It just had a nice professional feel to it, ya know? Defintely better than I expected...

I found the show info really quickly, and the tickets were easy to get to as well. Also, it worked fine on my phone, which is always a plus. The pages loaded without any hassle. It’s just a simple site overall, nothing confusing, and I didn’t feel like I had to click around forever to find what I needed.

I got a membership this year, and reading between the lines, it really makes the most sense if you’re someone who’s going to show up more than once. For me, it’s been worth it. Tickets are easier to plan, the discounts do add up, and getting early access before certain shows fill up is a nice perk. If you only go once, maybe not, but if you already know you’ll be back, it’s good value.

I was expecting the lighting to be decent, but it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the show. It looked great and really helped set the whole mood.

The lineup has a really nice balance of bigger productions, fresh new shows, and a few options that feel a little unexpected in the best way. It definitely didn’t feel like the same old season repeated again.
